The terms below govern your use of this website and the waitlist. They don't cover the SasyaLogix product itself, which will carry its own terms at launch. Please read Section 2 and Section 3 carefully. This is a pre-launch site and everything you see is subject to change.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Pre-launch status: no offer, no guarantee
SasyaLogix has not launched publicly. Everything on this site (including without limitation product screenshots, user-interface mockups, feature and architecture descriptions, pricing tiers and figures, accuracy or performance figures, and any stated or implied timelines) describes what is currently planned. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, specification, or guarantee of any kind.
The features, design, performance, availability, and pricing of the actual SasyaLogix product may differ materially from what is described or depicted here, and may be changed, delayed, or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Reservation of rights
SasyaLogix reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability to you, to:
- modify, add, remove, or discontinue any content, feature, pricing tier, or functionality described on this site or planned for the product;
- modify, suspend, or terminate this website or the waitlist, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason; and
- modify these terms, as described in Section 9 below.
No employee, founder, or representative of SasyaLogix has authority to make any representation, promise, or warranty about the product that isn't expressly stated in these terms.
4. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything. It does not guarantee access, a specific price, or a place in a specific order at launch.
5. Intellectual property
The SasyaLogix name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by SasyaLogix. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to scrape, attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to misrepresent your affiliation with SasyaLogix.
7. No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Because the product described here hasn't launched, we make no warranty that any feature, specification, mockup, or timeline shown will match what eventually ships, if anything ships at all.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SasyaLogix and its founders, employees, and affiliates aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or reliance on any forward-looking statement, mockup, or figure on it. You agree to indemnify and hold SasyaLogix and its founders harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of this site or violation of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and product evolve. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms are the entire agreement between you and SasyaLogix regarding this website, superseding any prior agreement on the same subject.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
